High occupational gender segregation is getting worse in Australia despite increasing female workforce participation, according to the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) submission to the Employment White paper.
In its report, CEDA identifies industries where occupational gender segregation is most rife and the entrenched cultural barriers which allow it to persist.
